Cancellation, No Show & Late Policy
Each time a patient misses an appointment without providing proper notice, another patient is prevented from receiving care. We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is, therefore, requested that if you must cancel your appointment you provide a 4-hour notice. This will enable another person who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot.
Martini Chiropractic Center reserves the right to charge a fee of $25.00 for all missed appointments. These fees will be billed to the patient. This fee is not covered by insurance and must be paid at your next appointment. Multiple “no-shows” in any 12-month period may result in termination from our practice.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
Our practice firmly believes that a good physician/patient relationship is based upon understanding and good communication. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to best serve the needs of all of our patients.
We understand that there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to call about your scheduled appointment. If you should experience extenuating circumstances please contact the office, and we may be able to waive the No Show fee.
